the special character of PP-R,PEX, equipped with the high torque reducer,newly designed barrel with slot,LTM high
-efficient screw etc. We really achieve better plasticization with low temperature. This line mainly consists of controlling
system,extruder,die,calibration system,haul-off and cutting device,printer,stacking device and winder. The special
designed spiral basket structure of the extrusion die, ensures the flow distribution equally. The calibration system and
cooling system guarantee the high quality of the plastic pipes. Equipped with different extrusion dies, screws and
downstream line, the extrusion line can also produce PE, ABS,PE-RT and PEX pipes.

1. Barrier type screw, by which the material can get good plasticizing at low temperature but high extrusion output.

4. High automatic level. The production line is controlled by PLC(touch screen). All parts, like extruder, haul off unit,
